Meadow is available on the App Store for iPhone. Both plans begin with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at the end of the free trial, and the plan you chose then renews automatically at the same price and billing period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you will not be charged. The free trial is available once per Apple Account; if you have used it before, your plan begins and is charged straight away. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by region.
Billing questions
What's included?
Everything. There's one version of Meadow and both plans get all of it: the daily habit loop, your meadow and every flower you grow, little things, wins, visitors, mood tracking, and every meadow scene. Wellness patterns will be included when it ships. There's no shop inside the app and nothing else to buy.
How does the free trial work?
You pick a plan, and the first 7 days are free. Nothing is charged until the trial ends — at that point the plan you chose starts, and is billed to your Apple Account. Cancel any time up to 24 hours before the trial ends and you pay nothing at all. The free trial is available once per Apple Account, so if you have tried Meadow before, your plan will begin straight away.
What if I cancel during the trial?
You keep Meadow for the rest of the free 7 days and you are never charged. Your meadow stays on your phone either way, so if you come back later, every flower is where you left it.
How do I cancel?
Through Apple, in a couple of taps: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Meadow, then Cancel. You keep everything until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens to my meadow if I cancel?
It stays on your phone. If you resubscribe later, everything is exactly where you left it.
Can I get a refund?
Because Meadow is billed through the App Store, Apple handles refunds rather than us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, usually within a few days of the charge. If you get stuck, write to support@growyourmeadow.com and we'll point you to the right place.
Family Sharing and switching phones?
Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account, so if you get a new iPhone, just download Meadow and choose Restore Purchases. Family Sharing isn't supported yet. We plan to add it.
