Flowers

Every time you log movement, a wildflower blooms in your meadow. Doing all three of your little things in a day blooms one too. Each flower has its own spot and stays there forever. The meadow never rearranges and nothing can wilt.

Some days the flower that blooms is a rarer one. There’s no way to earn a rare bloom on purpose, so there’s nothing to chase. They’re gifts.

Seeds

Seeds are Meadow’s gentle currency. You earn them by doing little things: the small acts of self-care you chose, like a glass of water or a minute outside. Each one earns a seed. Seeds are never taken away and your balance never goes below zero.

Seed packets

Spend seeds in the seed packet shop on new flower varieties and colours (cornflower blues, poppy reds, daisy whites) and on new meadow scenes. Once you own a packet you own it for good.

Visitors

Sometimes a visitor turns up. A Common Blue butterfly, a ladybird, a bumblebee. Visitors aren’t rewards and you can’t earn them. They arrive on their own schedule, usually when you’ve been showing up for a while, and you’ll only meet them when you open your meadow. Think of them as neighbours dropping by.

The field guide

Every variety you’ve grown and every visitor you’ve met is recorded in your field guide, on the Meadow tab. It fills in slowly, which is the point.
