The three moments in a day

1. Check in. Two taps: how are you feeling, and how’s your energy? There are no scores and no forms. Heavy days are welcome. This just helps Meadow suggest the right amount for today.

2. Move, your way. A walk, a swim, some gardening, a good stretch, dancing while the pasta boils. Anything that moves you counts. On low-energy days Meadow suggests less. Ten gentle minutes is a win, and ninety seconds still counts.

3. Watch a flower bloom. Your flower grows while you move. One last tap asks whether you feel better, and your meadow is a little fuller than it was this morning.

What “Day 12” means

The number on your Today screen counts the days you’ve shown up. It only ever goes up. It never resets, so there’s nothing to protect and nothing to break.

Closing the day

Before bed, Meadow asks for one good thing from today. It’s saved as a win, and you’ll find it again on your Journey screen. It takes ten seconds and it’s the part people tell us they look forward to.

Little things

You can also choose three tiny acts of self-care to notice each day, like a glass of water or a minute outside. Each one earns a seed. Do all three and a flower blooms for that too.

That’s everything you need. Open the app, check in, and let the meadow take it from there.
