Gentle reminders and notifications
Meadow can send a quiet reminder to check in, if you'd like one. It's optional, and it never nags.
What a reminder says
Something soft, like “Your meadow’s here whenever you are.” Never “you missed a day”, never a countdown, never a guilt trip. If a reminder ever makes you feel worse, tell us and we’ll fix the wording.
Turning reminders on or off
Inside Meadow, open Settings and find Reminders. Choose a time that suits you, or switch them off entirely.
You can also manage them from your iPhone: Settings, then Notifications, then Meadow.
How they work
Reminders are scheduled on your phone by the app. Nothing is sent from a server, so there’s no tracking involved and they work without an internet connection.
One reminder, not many
Meadow sends at most one reminder a day. There are no streak warnings, no marketing pushes and no “we miss you” messages. If you don’t open the app for a month, you’ll get exactly the same gentle reminder as always, or none at all if you turned them off.
