Meadow asks for three small things a day: check in, move in whatever way you like, and watch a flower bloom. That is the whole routine, and these articles walk through each part of it.
Start with the welcome guide if you are new. It explains the three moments in a day, what your day count means, and how closing the day works. The next article answers the question we hear most, which is what actually counts as movement. The short version is anything that moves you, including the walk to the shops and dancing while the pasta boils.
The last two cover what happens when you miss a day (nothing, truly nothing, because there are no streaks to lose) and how flowers, seeds, seed packets and visitors fit together. None of it needs to be learned before you open the app. Meadow is built to be obvious on the first day and quietly deeper after that.
