Your check-in, your daily win, and the Journey tab
Meadow keeps track of a little more than whether you did the thing. Here's what the check-in and the daily win are for, and where they end up.
The check-in
Once a day Meadow asks how you’re feeling. You pick a word, somewhere between heavy and great, and you can add a note about what’s going on.
It’s words rather than a number out of ten, on purpose. A heavy day is worth recording as much as a good one, and there’s no score to bring down.
The daily win
At the end of the day Meadow asks for one good thing that happened. It takes about ten seconds, and it’s saved.
It doesn’t have to be impressive. “Sat outside for ten minutes” is a perfectly good win.
The Journey tab
Journey is where all of that is kept:
- Every win you’ve written, in a list you can read back through.
- Every mood you’ve logged.
- A calendar marking the days you ticked a habit off.
Patterns: not built yet
Eventually Meadow will compare your better days with your harder ones and point out what tends to show up on the good ones. That part isn’t built, and it’s marked “coming soon” in the app.
Everything you log now will be there when it arrives.
A line each morning
Meadow shows a short encouraging line when you open it in the morning. There’s nothing to do with it. It’s just there.
